Wrapper: Enriched wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, ascorbic acid, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin), water, fresh egg, starch, salt, 1/1000 benzoate of soda, used as a preservative, F.D. &C. yellow color#5&#6 corn starch (dusted), (tartrazine) (artificial colors).

Chicken Spring Rolls Ingredients:

Filling: Cabbage, chicken, black mushroom, water chestnut, carrot, salt, sugar, black and white pepper, chicken powder, oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, modified cornstarch, oyster extractives monosodium glutamate as a flavor enhancer, wheat flour,caramel color, sodium benzoate added as a preservation), blend of soybean & sesame seed oil (soy oil & sesame oil), cotton seed oil, soy sauce (water, wheat flour, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate less than 1/10 of 1% as food preservative), onion, ginger, corn starch and spices.


Wrapper: Enriched wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, ascorbic acid, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acidl), peroxide, salf and wafer.

Dumplings Ingredients:

Filling: Pork, cabbage, imitafion crab (surimi, water, corn starch, wheat starch, salt, sugar, crab extract, crab flavor, soya protein, soybean oil, sorbitol, natural color: cochineal (E-120) & paprika (E-160c), shrimp (shrimp, salt, spices & red 40), black mushroom, salt, sugar, cotton seed oils, a blend of soybean & sesame seed oils (soy oil & sesame oil), oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, oyster extractives mono-sodium glutamate as a flavor enhancer, wheat flour, caramel color, sodium benzoate added as a preservafion), soy sauce (water, wheat flour, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate less than 1/10 of 1% as food preservative), chicken powder, corn starch and spices.

Dough: Enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, niacin, reduced iron thiamine mononitrate, ribo-flavin, and folic acid), enzyme, benzoyl peroxide, azodicarbonamide, ascorbic acid (dough conditioner), oil, salt, and water.

Shumai Ingredients:

Filling: Pork, shrimp (shrimp, salt, spices & red 40), black mushroom, salf, sugar, cotton seed oils, a blend of soybean & sesame seed oils (soy oil & sesame oil), oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, modified corn starch, oyster exfractives monoso-dium glutamate as a flavor enhancer, wheat flour, caramel color, sodium benzoate added as a preservation), soy sauce (water, wheat flour, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate less than 1/10 of 1% as food preservative), chicken powder, corn starch and spices.
